Job Description

Voyage Demo GmbH, a leading company in the Facility Management industry, is seeking an experienced Technical Property Manager to join our team in Hamburg, Deutschland. This is a permanent appointment with flexible working hours, available as either full or part time. As a Technical Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of property management, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities.

• Manage and coordinate all technical maintenance and repair activities.
• Oversee the implementation of safety and compliance regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of properties.
• Coordinate with service providers and contractors for maintenance work.
• Develop and manage budgets for technical operations.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and tenant complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.

Required Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background and professional experience in property management. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Property Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical property management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software.
• Fluent in German; English proficiency is a plus.
